4 Inch 600 Lumen 120 Volt Generation 4 LED IC Remodel Housing features an integral light engine and shallow housing which allows for fit in 2 x 6 construction. IC designation allows for housing to be in direct contact with insulation. Installs through an opening in the ceiling from below.
Comparable light output to 65 watt incandescent while consuming less than 12 watts. 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4100K color temperatures available, 120 volt only driver is dimmable with the use of most incandescent, magnetic low voltage and electronic low voltage wall box dimmers (see attached manufacturer dimmer compatibility reference). Note: A complete fixture requires a housing and trim, sold separately.

Juno is always well made and available quickly.
I bought this for that reason since I was getting an led for a second home and was seeking low maintenance.
Unfortunately, a certified electrician struggled with one fixture because the led device flickered and he was not able to correct it. Lightology shipped a new one but I had to pay for it. If you read the installation sheet it says that it requires a qualified electrician to replace the led. When I examined in person there was no way I as an architect could do it nor can my electrician. I fear the future issue will require having a recessed fixture to be removed from the ceiling when they led fails and needs to be replaced. If I new this problem I would never had bought this unit.
