CP5 PVC Concrete Pour Kit mounting accessory for use with Hadco ILN5D4-H, ILW5D4-H, ILN5DW4-H, ILW5DW4-H, and IUL516 inground fixtures. Fasteners are stainless steel.  Pre-drilled holes for rebar if required. 4.5 inch diameter x 6 inches high.
