Available in an adjustable table and floor lamp, scissor-arm pharmacy wall sconce, wall sconce, table and floor lamp version. One 60 watt, 120 volt, G25 medium base incandescent lamp not included. Task light distribution. Base has 8 inch diameter. Shade has 11.25 inch diameter x 3.25 inch height. Height adjusts 8.5 to 18.25 inches.
