For vertical mounting only. Lifetime Limited Warranty when installed in residential setting. Handcrafted to order by skilled artisans in Vermont, USA.

Note: Backplate (2.75 inch width x 12.5 inch height) will not cover standard 4 inch octagonal junction box. A 4 x 4 inch switch box required.
