The Ambrosia Linear Suspension with Remote Power is a contemporary re-imagining of classic Linestra-style linear lamps that showcases how a function-forward, technical design can also offer a poetic decorative expression. At the center of the design is a tubular methacrylate diffuser, which is lit from within by integrated LEDs to produce gentle illumination suitable for a wide variety of applications. Ambrosia's sleek metal frame gracefully curves upward into the downstem which supports the pendant from the ceiling.

This version of the Ambrosia Linear Suspension includes a remote power supply. Wire can be fed through to the ceiling to the power supply through the cover plate at the end of the suspension's extension rod.

      About Ciszak Dalmas

      Ciszak Dalmas is an architecture and design studio based in Madrid, founded in 2009 by Alberto Gobbino Ciszak and Andrea Caruso Dalmas who, since 2016, have regularly collaborated with the architect Matteo Ferrari.

      The studio spans multiple disciplines including architecture, interior and product design, and art direction. In recent years, he has collaborated with companies as diverse as Aesop, Bershka, Camper, Loewe, Malababa, Max & Co., Muro.exe and Zara, among others. Ciszak Dalmas has also created La Clnica Design, a furniture and contemporary objects firm.

      They currently teach design courses at different academic institutions such as Elisava, IE University and HEAD Geneva. They have presented their work at different design fairs around the world, such as the Venice Biennale di Architettura, the Salone del Mobile, Lisbon's Experimenta Design and Hong Kong's Design Ambassador, among others.

      Before founding their own studio, Alberto and Andrea worked together as designers at the Inga Semp studios in Paris, for Artemide in Milan, Pininfarina and BRH+ in Turin, also collaborating on projects for LucePlan, Cappellini, Ligne Roset, Magis and Jacuzzi related to product, industrial, exhibition and interior design.

      The studio was awarded in 2019 with the first prize in the Best Retail Design section of The New York Times Magazine.
