Use the WiZ Color Changing String Light Kit with your existing Wi-Fi (no hub required) using the free WiZ mobile app or voice control to light for your deck, patio, or other outdoor or indoor space. This string light kit with 12 lights is an easy and affordable way to set the perfect mood lighting for those great outdoor nights on the deck.

Using the Wiz app, you can turn the lights on and off, and dim or brighten the light output. The string light can produce up to 16-million colors or thousands of shades of white light with a color temperature between 2700K (Warm White) to 5000K (Cool White). You can choose a different color or shade for each of the 12 bulbs or light them all the same color. You can also create your own lighting schedules and control lights when you're away from home.

Kit includes a 48 foot string with 12 light sockets that drop down 8.4 inches below the main power wire, twelve 12-watt full color LED bulbs, mounting tabs, and a 24 watt, 12 volt AC adapter and in-line controller. The bulbs are spaced approximately 42 inches apart and the AC adapter and controller are 7.9 feet from the connector.

Up to two string light kits can be connected end-to-end. A waterproof connector is provided at the end of the cord for daisy-chaining the additional light set. Only one power adapter and controller are needed for connecting two string light sets.

You can use voice commands to control your WiZ lights through your favorite Voice Assistant, such as Amazon Alexa or Hey Google. You can also control your lights by using voice commands on your smartphone using Google Assistant and Siri Shortcuts. WiZ lighting products also integrate with other apps, such as IFTTT (If This, Then That), that trigger events based on conditions from other apps.
