I've had countless issues with the shipping and tracking for my order. I've sent over a dozen emails and I've called multiple times. This was ordered last year (over 7 months ago), and I still haven't received the full order. The tracking system had listed both Florida and Michigan as the delivery destination (both are incorrect). It's been delivered to the wrong address and sent back. Order tracking details are never accurate and say the order is closed. I have two order numbers for this one order. Customer service can never help me, other than saying they will contact the claims department. Terrible experience.
