Joan Cinca / laproduqtora

Joan Cinca Travesset (b. 1974) studied Engineering and graduated in Advanced Design at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia before attaining a Master's in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Pompeu Fabra University. After an extensive professional career with various design studios, Cinca founded laproduqtora in 2013. In 2017 laproduqtora partnered with Engi-Com to provide engineering services in addition to product design and strategy. His work has been exhibited internationally at The Tokyo Design Week, The Red Dot Design Museum in Essen and Maison & Objects in Paris among others, and he has also taught design in schools such as Elisava, Istituto Europeo di Design IED, and Art and Design School of Terrassa.
