Inspired by the founder's aesthetic, designer Erick Garcia of Maison Trouvaille wanted to create a space that incorporates the brand's neutral hues and sophisticated feel. The location, dominated by dark wood, concrete and metal accents, required a complete overhaul to achieve this vision. The result is a tranquil, spa-like environment that fosters creativity and community among its employees.

While the office features many upcycled furnishings, new pieces like the minimalistic Arch Tables by Scandinavian design house Kristina Dam and elemental Post Lacquer Coffee Table by Ferm Living fit effortlessly in the space. Iconic Flowerpot VP7 Pendants and diminutive Flowerpot VP9 Portable Table Lamps in neutral grey beige provide gentle lighting and continuity throughout the offices and common spaces. Classic Sferis Pendants emit soft, diffused light in the serene conference room.

The relaxed, calming vibe of this space is precisely what the founder, whose middle name provided the brand's moniker, envisioned for Rhode's home base.
