The Chicago headquarters of the visionary CASTE brand needed fresh, new lighting to brighten up their workspace. Carefully chosen task and direct lighting complements this space, helping creatives be more productive and inspired.

CASTE is a modern furniture, lighting and accessory collection designed by Ty Best. Founded in 2007, all pieces are crafted entirely in the United States. Some are still hand made in Montana, home to Best's home and studio, but others are manufactured by producers in the Chicago area, where CASTE is headquartered.

Renovations to the Chicago headquarters included new lighting that would fit the loft-style office setting. The Nova Remote Power Up/Down Suspension channels by PureEdge Lighting are ideal here, providing direct, dot-free LED lighting above desks while brightening up the entire space. Both functional and aesthetic, they effectively become part of the industrial architecture while serving their purpose.
