The TC43NR 3.25 Inch Aperture Non-IC Remodel Housing is an adjustable MR16 remodel luminaire featuring a 50 degree visual cutoff to lamp and lamp image. Housing accommodates ceiling thickness from 3/8 to 2 inch. Non-IC designation requires that housing be kept a minimum of 3 inches away from insulation. Optimized lamp beam optics ensures maximum light output and low brightness at any angle. 361 degree rotation (350 degree with mechanism and up to 18 degree additional with rotation of housing assembly), and 35 degree tilt hot aiming. Includes thermally protected magnetic transformer. May be dimmed using dimmers specifically designed for low voltage magnetic transformers (consult factory or dimmer manufacturer for additional information. One 50 watt, 12 volt GU5.3 MR16 halogen lamp or LED equivalent is required, but sold separately. UL listed for through branch wiring and damp locations.
